Equipment Inspection
Check whether the sealing strip of the observation window is intact and the door lock opens and closes flexibly. Confirm that the magnetron cooling system (fan and water pipe) operates normally, the equipment grounding is firm and reliable, and all sensors are in normal working condition.

Pre-operation Preparation
2.1 Equipment Inspection Check all items specified above one by one to ensure the equipment is in good condition.
2.2 Environmental Safety Inspection Place the equipment in a well-ventilated and dry area, away from heat and water sources. The equipment must be connected to an independent stabilized power supply with the voltage fluctuation controlled within ±10%.
Parameter Setting and Operation Monitoring
3.1 Parameter Setting Set the temperature, processing time and equipment power in strict accordance with production process requirements. Do not start the equipment until all parameters are confirmed correct.
3.2 Operation Monitoring Monitor the whole operation process. The equipment shall run stably without jitter, spark or abnormal noise, and the surface temperature of the equipment shell shall not exceed 50℃. In case of any abnormality, press the emergency stop button and cut off the power supply immediately.
Safety Precautions
4.1 Prohibited Operations It is strictly prohibited to place metal containers inside the equipment cavity. Overloading and excessively thick feeding of materials are not allowed. Forced door opening during equipment operation is forbidden.
4.2 Personnel Protection Insulation protection measures must be taken when contacting high-temperature components. Cut off the power supply and wait for the capacitor to fully discharge before cleaning the equipment. Never operate the equipment with wet hands in a humid environment.
Post-operation Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning Work After the equipment is powered off, wipe off residual materials inside the cavity with a neutral detergent and clean spilled liquid in a timely manner. Corrosive detergents are prohibited for equipment cleaning.
5.2 Record Filing Establish equipment operation records to truthfully record material types, operating parameters and equipment abnormalities, facilitating subsequent process tracing and fault investigation.
Purpose of Procedure
Standardized operations ensure the efficient and stable operation of the equipment, as well as uniform and qualified sterilization results of materials.
