Client Profile: East African spice, grain and agricultural product processing enterprise
Service Provider: Shandong Lewave Group Company
Project Stage: On-site workshop communication & customized solution discussion

Project Background & Client Pain Points
The Kenyan client specializes in processing local spices, grains and agricultural commodities for both domestic distribution and regional export across East Africa. Their existing processing methods faced several bottlenecks. Traditional sterilization and drying techniques often cause overheating, destroying the natural aroma, color and nutrition of spices and grains. Uneven sterilization results in unstable microbial indicators, limiting export opportunities. Moreover, many imported processing equipment cannot adapt well to the local African production environment, bringing high maintenance costs and frequent operational failures. The client was searching for a tailor-made microwave processing line to upgrade their plant.
On-site Workshop Communication & Customized Solution Discussion
During the customer’s factory inspection, our management team held in-depth exchanges with the Kenyan visitors inside the production workshop. Shandong Lewave Group designs customized microwave equipment solutions for processing spices, grains and other agricultural products. Our equipment is optimized to adapt to the African local production environment. The microwave physical low-temperature processing technology achieves efficient sterilization and drying while retaining the original quality of raw materials. Our technical team evaluated the client’s raw material characteristics, daily output requirements, workshop space and local power conditions. We put forward a targeted equipment proposal, covering equipment configuration, layout design, overseas installation, commissioning and operator training.

Cooperation Prospect
Both parties look forward to long-term win-win cooperation. Once the project is confirmed, the customized microwave production line will help the Kenyan client stabilize product quality, meet regional food safety standards, reduce equipment maintenance troubles and jointly explore the huge East African agricultural processing market.
